In celebration of the Nation’s 52nd birthday, Edge presents a specially curated heritage dinner buffet showcasing a wide range of local favourites including Otak Otak Fried Rice with Silver Fish, Wagyu Beef Cheek Rendang and Salted Egg Yolk Chicken. Other highlights include the White Salmon Tandoori and Malabar Prawns complementing the extensive range of seafood on ice, fresh grills and carvings. Local-themed desserts such as Durian Banana Caramelised Chocolate Cake and Chiffon Gula Melaka Cake complete the Heritage dinner buffet spread.
